Building a sustainable arts organization can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. Accelerate Arts offers a free monthly roundtable where new and emerging arts administrators can come together to learn the world of arts management from seasoned experts and peers.
Arts Management Roundtables are held online on the second Thursday evening of each month.

Founders
Those who are feeling stuck, defeated or discouraged trying to get their new passion project off the ground. Learn from those who have come before you and get tips on how to find funding, develop a budget, build an audience, and so much more.
New or Emerging Leadership
Those who consider themselves new or unfamiliar with nonprofit arts management looking for quick, actionable strategies to hone their skills and grow into confident arts leaders.
Board Members
Board members who want to know what they need to focus on the most when it comes to building a strong and sustainable nonprofit arts organization, from how to engage board members in fundraising, recruiting and onboarding new members, adding new staff positions, financial stewardship, and how to avoid common (and uncommon) pitfalls that could jeopardize your organization’s growth.

Anyone thinking about forming a cultural nonprofit organization some day and wants to be connected with mentors and what to know as they prepare for launching a new organization.
What to Expect
60-minutes of online learning, coaching and networking.
Sessions held second Thursday of each month at 7 PM Central Standard Time (CST).
A new learning topic each month! Session begins with a brief 15 to 20-minute training on the month’s topic. The remaining time is dedicated to answering your questions and learning from others.

You have a lot on your plate but you don’t have a lot of time to research and test drive plans that take months to create and a require lot of buy-in to implement. Trainings address one common challenge that nonprofit arts organizations often experience and provides easy, step-by-step solutions that can be put into practice right away. You also get access to any learning materials (workbooks, templates or checklists) discussed during the roundtable.

Arts Management Roundtables encourage participants to ask questions and share experiences. In you have a question, please ask! If you can answer another participant’s question, share it out! Each session includes time to meet other passionate arts leaders who can serve as additional resources and mentors.

No problem! All sessions are recorded and made available in the Accelerate Arts Facebook Group. When you register for a session you will provide your email address. You must use that same email address to access the Accelerate Arts Facebook Group and the Arts Management Roundtable recordings.

Yes. Each monthly roundtable has it’s own Zoom link. You must sign up for each session you plan to attend live. When you provide your email at registration you will be signed up to receive notifications about upcoming sessions and when registration goes live.
